1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

We offer funnels in:

6. Are the funnels food-safe?
Yes. All Funnelora funnels are made with 100% food-grade, BPA-free materials that are safe for use with food and beverages.
7. Are they suitable for hot liquids?
Yes. Stainless steel and silicone funnels are heat-resistant and safe for hot oils, sauces, and other liquids. Please check the product description for exact temperature limits.
8. Do the funnels come in different sizes?
Yes. We offer a variety of sizes — from small precision funnels for spices and essential oils to large kitchen funnels for bulk liquids and canning.
9. Are the funnels easy to clean?
Yes. Most are dishwasher safe. Stainless steel and silicone funnels can also be easily hand-washed.
10. Are they good for transferring powders?
Yes. Our wide-mouth funnels work excellently with powders, spices, sugar, flour, and other dry ingredients.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
12. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
13. What if my funnel arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
14. Are the funnels suitable for home canning?
Yes. Many of our larger stainless steel funnels are ideal for canning, bottling, and preserving.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
